Rakesh is an excellent trainer, very Knowledgeable in Salesforce. He gives practical examples during his training sessions which will help in preparing for Salesforce interviews as well as for certification exams. He is patient, helping in nature, follows up on training assignments given during the session. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is willing to take the Salesforce certifications.
