Hi Rakesh,
What a great and informative blog it is. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Could you please help me know, updating lead/Prospect is uni-directional or bi-directional?
In my case,
– If I change any field value in SF CRM, it gets auto updated in Pardot
– If I change the same field value in Pardot, it wont reflect, it always takes the field value whatever available in SF CRM
If this the case, then when I am going to send an email from Pardot and if any user update their profile, how it gets updated both in Pardot and SF CRM
Looking for your suggestion!!
Thanks,
Vineet

Hi,
Really useful blog. Thank you. can you pls help me with this.Is there any way to isolate a prospect for a day from receiving emails after it is created
Yes, it is possible to add one day wait time before sending an email (through Drip or Engagement Program).
