Getting Started With Buckets
Bucket helps you to simplify data in your Report. In this video you will learn how to group your data without having to create custom fields! Buckets help you sort, organize and understand large amounts of data in Salesforce quickly and easily. Create your own categories on the fly, without Formulas or custom fields. You can add up to five buckets fields per report, each with up to 20 buckets.
Tip #1 – Attach Records to Chat Transcripts
After Spring’14 release, Live Agent can Search for existing records or create new ones to attach to a transcript while chatting with customers in theSalesforce console, giving you easy access to information related to the chat. Agents can now attach related records to transcripts as they chat with customers without breaking their workflow. They can
search for existing records or create new ones within the Salesforce console and link them to transcripts, providing reference
information about the customer or their issue.
Remember to take your Salesforce Spring’14 release exams
To maintain Salesforce certification credentials, all Salesforce certified professionals must successfully complete three online, release-specific exams every year. Release exams are published in conjunction with major product releases (Winter, Spring, and Summer). Spring’14 maintenance exam is available now. The below screen shot shows the deadlines for various release exam.
Notes:- Last date to pass Spring’14 release exam is 31st October 2014.
